Desings for 4x6 double sided flyer / biz cards

I need you to design the graphics for 2 4x6 flyers for me. Each flyer is doubled sided; so there will be 4 concepts in total. First flyer: (yellow background) side 1: On the top of the flyer it should state: [url removed, login to view] in bold orange. Then the content: Are you one of those students who goes to class and takes good class notes? If so, then why not make money for all of your hard work! [url removed, login to view] CAN HELP (now there will be 3 images with titles of image on top of each image) Computer Class Notes Money Image of + Image of a class not = Big money symbol. computer w/ key board and monitor ** on the computer image make a check box and hav it it state "Class Notes" On bottom of flyer: [url removed, login to view] second side: Place company logo on top of flyer (same logo you recent made). Do you have a bunch of papers on your computer doing nothing but eating your computer's memory? [url removed, login to view] CAN HELP (now make same images but instead of notes, add a design of a class paper with an A+ on it). ( on computer screen add a check box and "Online Papers" next to it)> [url removed, login to view] (on bottom) ------------------------------ Second Flyer: (yellow background) side one: logo on top of page: Then add 2 large images of a stack of books and a big monitor w/keyboard and computer. titles: STUFY WITH THESE? OR (BIG) STUDY WITH THESE? image of book stacks computer w/ domain name on screen and checkbox w/ Online Class notes bottom of page: [url removed, login to view] second side: logo on top then an image of a very attractive college girl (I have an image if you can't find one) with her finger over her lips. Make a cartoon-type bubble with her saying the following: Shhh... Don't tell Professor Jones that I sold her class notes on [url removed, login to view] " bottom of page: [url removed, login to view] - Business card design: too be dicussed.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
