Find Emails

In attached there are two files, and Excell file that contains some Company Names with their Websites, and an HTML file that contains Company Names an their Emails (underlying). From the Excell file I need someone that extract me all the contact emails from the Companies Website and insert them in the field email. Form the HTML I need to extract the company names and the email and insert in to the Excell file.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
