Very small one page facebook application

The task is to build a small facebook application with 1 screen.

Build in PHP with interface to an already build mysql database.

Facebook developing knowledge needed.

Proposed development on your own server where I can test the application. After that it is ported to my server for furtuer test.

Please read the attached files for further specification and give an estimate together with the stated read-code you can find below on page 2.

## Deliverables

Database build script with example will be sent before start of project.

Also the non-masked description mock-up will also be posted.

Please please post the read-code on end of page 2 when posting the estimate
