VNC Remote Help System for Windows and Mac(repost)

Need a VNC-based remote help system to offer technical support to our clients. Must use a VNC repeater (mirror). Servers must run on Windows? 2000 and above,? and Mac OSX. Viewer will run on Windows.

Here's how it should work:

We tell our users to go to our web site and click a link to download and run an application (the Server). The application must require no "installation" as such -no registry entries, no permanent files.

When the app runs, it should ask for a "session number". The app will connect to the VNC repeater in our data center and pass the "session number".

A help technician in our office will access the same repeater with a VNC Viewer, and pass the same "session number."

The repeater will hook up our technician with our customer, givining our tech full control of the customer's keyboard, mouse, and monitor.

Upon our technician or the user? ending the session, the application must uninstall itself and disappear, leaving no trace.

You get extra points and a bonus for adding features like file transfer, text chat, and other goodies which you may propose to us.

## Deliverables

There are many programs like this on the market. Most are based on VNC. We need our own version that we can freely redistribute without paying? royalties.
