Website template design

Hi there This is simply and mainly for those people who want to get a good rating. I simply need a web template on Photoshop with html slice from it. You really need to be very creative and artistic with 3d design background if necessary but flash is not needed to do this. It’s simply a radio station web site You also have to design 1. A company logo 2, Music radio player 3, A talk show page template 4, website homepage 5, Business card design. Note. Prototype for the music radio player and talk show web template will be provided. All you are doing is design the interface that’s it. No programming involve just your creativity. I really would prefer the site to be design in light silver + light blue + orange but if you think you can have a better colour for a radio station then go for it. You also have to write a word document explaining how to edit the text, colour on the photoshop and what font and style you use. E.G edit texting in button e.t.c Please take a look at the attached file to get an ideal on example of design i like and prototype of what i am looking for. If you think you could design better please go for it. NOTE: I DON’T WANT ANY CODER TO BID FOR THIS PROJECT WITHOUT DESIGNING A DEMO OR PROTOTYPE FOR MY HOMEPAGE SITE AS IT WILL LOOK. I DON’T WANT TO SEE ANY URL AS A DEMO. YOU JUST CREATE A DEMO FOR MY SITE WITH WATERMARK with low resoultion( per RAC's rules) ON THE IMAGE FILE FOR ME TO LOOK ATBEORE ACCEPTANCE

## Deliverables

Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
