automated process, downloadable sw from website after paypay payment

I have some software that i need to distribute to buyers once they have paid for it via PayPal. I own the software which also needs an activation key to run it, the key is machine bound ( to prevent copying to other machines )

I need to be able to sell it from my website and also from ebay.?

so, on the? website all i need is a single page with a buy it now button. a basic Mysql DB with the buyers details stored, and some email functionality to confirm the buyer, and confirm activation etc.

Ebay will be the same except the buy it now button will be on ebay.

Basically? I need to pull all this together in an automated process.
