Anviz A-300 Web based - Employee attendance control/reports

Create a web based system that communicates with Anviz A-300 device (Fingerprint & RFID Time Attendance) and generate hourly reports, allow for editing entries (in order to fix missed punches, etc).

What I am looking for is a web based application similar to the desktop application that came with the device. The original software can be downloaded at [login to view URL]

A300 employs Anviz’s industry-leading fingerprint algorithm BioNANO. With a waterproof, dustproof and scratchproof fingerprint sensor, A300 offers a perfect time-attendance solution. Whenever you need to get the employee in and out records, everything can be easily acquired through a USB cable- no driver needed, just a USB pen drive or TCP/IP network.

The device came with a desktop aplication that downloads the data from the device and generates attendance reports on each user, base on different filters (date range, etc).

The system you will be creating must have the following functions:

1) Must have user/password authentication to access website and manage users (create, delete, etc).

2) Must have option to add the IP and port of the devices it will connect to import/download the data. NOTE THAT currently we have 5 devices to clock in/out.

3) Must have avility to easily edit in/out entries, manually add records for an employee (date, time, etc).

4) Must be able to generate reports based on date (from ... to...) and print in pdf and/or excel in a clean format.

5) Must have the option to generate a payslipt based on hours worked and hourly rate and show payment status (paid/not paid) of employees in order to keep track the payments.

I can provide TCP/IP host/port information to access to one of our Anviz A-300 devices.
