The POS software is capable of importing and exporting XML/XLS, I would like design software to automate inventory control to Magento 2 and Import sales and customer details back to POS software.

One of the requirements will be to work with my programmers and staff to make sure all the details are correct.

This is an initial assessment only, If it is determined that it can be done we can negotiate on a completed integration price.
