Build a Business Email Client iPhone application

Our company and clients need to have a custom email client app developed.

GUI to be Modern, Flat layout and colors. Similar to Outlook app, iOS Stock Mail App, Mailbox App (from Dropbox) etc. (Professional, no background images, like sunsets etc, just Clean Flat, bit colorful, but not to much)

Need IMAP, POP3, ActiveSync support, with file that lets us configure domains and ability to control what domains are allowed to be used, with ability to modify over time, preferably have file fetched from our servers or MDM app config support. Another Feature request (not deal breaker) ability to block or remove account(s) remotely or domain accounts.

A MUST - Ability to block certain file extensions, from being opened, shared, or sent. (example: if they receive .mp3 file, block the ability to open, view, share, send, etc.). If there is a way to prevent those file extensions from even downloading from email server to begin with would be better.

Native Mail app doesn't download some file attachments unless you tap on it, but if you would able to block from downloading at all.

We would require Source Code, and ability to redistribute to our clients (Enterprise in-house for sure and B2B (Business to Business, unlikely would use B2B, but will require ability to upload it if need be). Also for us to check the code for any undesired features (bluntly, backdoor, information sent to another server).

Would be interested in long term development, (bluntly, if we like how you work and your rates, we will have future projects available, reason why we listed HTML5, and PHP skill requirements)
