Build Website and Get Data From Another Site

I need website like this. [login to view URL] but in the different design (as table ) and add some new features.

Site collect data from hyip monitor and hyip site.

Everyday there are dozen of new hyip sites and hyip monitor sites.

I want everyday all this new hyip sites automatically display in my site complete with the statistics ([login to view URL] and [login to view URL] display all new hyip sites update in real time or maybe every 5 - 15 minutes, i dont know how they got it).

Deposit statistics to hyip site from hyip monitor have to update every 5 - 15 minutes or if there's update.

Please check link i mention above, i want all features is the same (include advertise form, perfect money payment and auto display banner after payment complete ) just add new features.

The new features are :

1. Add vote good and vote bad (collect from hyip monitor, update every 5 - 15 minutes or if there's update.)

2. Add monitor rating (collect from hyip monitor, only update at the first time display.)

3. Add monitor investment (collect from hyip monitor, only update at the first time display.)

4. Diplay all new hyip sites and statistics (from [login to view URL])

Everything on this site must running fully automatically.

And also tell me which hosting plan and details should i choose to running this script for target 10k visitors/day.

I want this script/site come with basic bootstrap template. (not complete and cool design, just very simple design to display all data)

I have made simple html for example how the data will be display, i'll send to you the html and the jpeg.
