1. Function for sending out a new password "forgot password" suddenly stopped working for no apparent reason. No new code inserted or any changed settings as far as I know. We may or may not use a third party e-mail service. Not sure.

2. Form for users to send us inquiries suddenly stopped working....same as above.

3. Much more errors if 1 and 2 is done well and communication works well

a. we use JIRA for communication with developers,

b. we use a dedicated server running a https website (on all pages); Linux/CloudLinux, PHP/MySQL, ....

...CodeIgniter.
