Looking for an expert of D3.js. We need someone, who is able to create some diagrams similar to the attached examples.

These diagrams are mainly based on correlation tables.

Features:

- Diagrams should be interactive, the user should be able to select single items or notes. More details like the strength of correlation should be shown and the connected notes and their connections should be highlighted.

- The user should be able to rotate the diagrams

- The user should be able to hide/ unhide single nodes

- The possibility of real time updating of the diagrams should be checked. Is it possible to update the diagrams via an TCP connection, for example ?

- The source code of the diagrams should enable us to easily change parameters like colors, font size, element size and so on.

- The diagram should also auto resize, when the browser window is resized
