Orders Tab
(Order Number, Description, Order Status, Amount, Submit Links)
Order Status – Pending Payment, Pending, Processing, Complete, Canceled
Description will be limited to xx characters, so larger orders will not display full description, however this will be available once you click on the order.
Once all links/content of the order has been “completed” order status will change to “complete” and “submit links for that order is not longer possible.

This will show all links regardless of which orders they are in.

(Admin = full access, Staff = full access apart from “users”)
Tab 1 - New/Pending Orders
(Once an order is made, regardless what payment method is used (card, PayPal or bank transfer) the order will go here for approval. The default status will be “pending review” and can be changed to “Pending Payment” “Canceled” “Complete” or “In Progress”)
View / approve payment > one approved order is moved to “orders”
Tab 2 – Order List (listed by status first then date (newest first))
Date. Time, Brief Order details and amount, View & update status in drop down / click to View & Edit Order content (number and type of links, number and type of content)
Click Individual Order >>
This will contain the full details of the order,
Tab 3 -Customers – view by name/organization
Tab 4 - Custom order – client link direct to payment
