We need to design php template having following feature

01. can accept data from xls file and placed at suitable location

02. will contain logo or specific design by coding ( we can not use any picture file )

03. merged document output in pdf

Example: look any educational degree certificate or marks card fixed data including logo will be designed in php and variable data will come from xls file or data base.

This is long term project we have numbers of design to be built in php

we will test your design on our server before payment.

Additions :

01. Bidders are requested to submit one sample code and corresponding xls file to test
02. Project will be awarded after successful trial
03. For trial use any university certificate available on net
04. only of qualified bidders we discuss our project in details
