Make 2 small wordpress website edits -- NEED ASAP.

I am looking to get a few website edits done. This should only be a 3-4 hour job at most.

Here are the edits I need done ASAP:

1) On my checkout page, the formatting of the text for credit card and paypal payment options to be formatted correctly so they are aligned on top of each other with the graphics being the same size. My customers are getting confused at checkout. I need this fixed. I attached a screen shot of my current checkout page and a separate screen shot of how I want it to look.

2) on the website, there is a pop up email capture plugin that I have installed and set up. However, it does not work. The formatting is messed up and it doesn't display properly. I have it installed right now but it is not activated because it does not work properly. I need you to activate it and fix the problem with it. I have attached a screen shot of what it is supposed to look like when it us functioning properly and what it currently looks like broken.
