Need a wordpress website, See the wireframe here:

- Home page (Wireframe provided – may change, WP Page))

- Discussions (Help me choose one from here: [login to view URL], see requirements below)

- Blog (Named as Knowledge in the wireframe)

- Contact us / About us (WP pages)

My requirements for discussions plugin above:

- One of the category should be PREMIUM with access only to limited users.

- Strong Email / Notifications in Discussions plugin

- Looks good

Based on the wireframes above, you need to get the final designs approved first to kickstart the project.

The code should be W3C compliant, things should be changeable from the WP-Admin (not hardcoded) and should rank more than 65% on Google Pagespeed Test.
