I don't know how the coder has done this, but somehow we have a website in wordpress that does not allow plugins to be added, see screenshot.

I need to be able to install yoast and seo this site and to be able to add more users at admin level.

I can provide wordpress access, if you need FTP etc then please ask.

Any bids that don't start with the keyword "jamming" will be deleted, I assume if you don't say jamming you did no read this brief!
