I need an app developed that will allow customers to rate individual entrees at different restaurants. There will be a login for the business owner and for customers eating out. I would like to have some kind of reward for customers when they earn points by reviewing and rating entrees. For the restaurant owners I would like is so they can make payments for advertising.
The app should be able to go off of its location and give suggestions on where to eat, with ad positions as well. They can also search a restaurant to see what is on their menu, ratings on each entree, cost, allergies and see pictures of each entree (user uploaded), etc.
