I need a developer for an Android and IOS application (must be then capable of getting into App store / google Play)
The app on the phone is basically only some pages to register user / enter data etc.
The complex part is the integration of a payment module:

In the backend we will have a web server LAMP that is receiving data form the app.
The app will communicate with the server over interfaces and stores data there.
In a 15min intervall on the server ther will run a batch that sends out emails based on the entered information by the user via app.
This needs all to be coded by you.
payment interface is 3rd party and must only be embedded.
The Application will be in English but must be possible to easy translate this later to German / French / Italien etc.
Usecase / businessrule specification in availible as a reference. I would prefer a agile way of developement with daily builds and fast testing cycles.
Possible also to implement most of the application in PHP / HTML and only make a "shell" on the IOS and ANDROID for Logging into the site and displaying it.
Only native need is that you must be able to access the devices Phonebook for getting phone number / email
