Write an MDX query that shows the top 10 cities in terms of sales for all time. This is the kind of question that marketing might ask in order to see where their marketing spend is having the biggest impact.

(3%)

Write an MDX that calculates the student GPA. It’s up to you to determine how best to display this information!
