Mandatory Knowledge - Bitcoin Mining & Software Development

I am planning to create a bitcoin mining farm using GPUs.

I need a developer who can create faster processing programs than available in the present market.

Knowledge in ASP net, Java, Python and C# is appreciated.

To get the right person with right knowledge, I prefer the developer who contacts me should present a basic process flow on: -

A). Which pool or from where he is going to get data for mining?

B). How he is going to pull data ie; by APIs or get request or web socket?

C). How he is processing it?

D). How he is going to submit it back?

This project is not for the usual developers. Knowledge & Experience in Bitcoin mining & development is must and highly appreciated.

Prefer to receive bids from a company or a team rather than single freelancers.
