Looking for someone to build website for a staffing agency. We have the basic structure designed and uploaded photos of the look of the pages. Most of the work we need is to be done on the back end.

We want to be able to match employees with employers with an assessment based on the information provided in their profile with things like skills, location, experience, education, etc. All drop downs they would fill out.
We want the employees or people looking for a job to be able to create and login to their own account/profile, update any resume type information on their profile, search job listings, and contact us if they are interested in these jobs. We want employers to be able to create and login to their own account/profile, browse employees profiles, and inquire to post a new job listing.
We may also need a messaging service built in the website. And the ability to update the News and Events page with upcoming blogs/news, etc.
