Let me break it to you in a simple way as I am not that technical. I am blogger and have a basic idea of Wordpress and that is why it is easier for me to work on this. Now if you visit - [login to view URL] [login to view URL]

You will find that these are Instagram Web Viewer Sites. There are many other such sites as well. Now what I want is a site, with exact features.

Let me highlight the features as well: -

1. At the first page visitors should be able to view random Instagram posts. Not from a single account but random posts, indifferent of accounts,. Just like in Instagram.

2. The users should be able to search for specific posts, using words or hashtag, just like in Instagram. However I do not wish the visitor to move back to Instagram. They should remain surfing in the site.

The above two requirements are mandatory. Please give a quote accordingly. There is one more point.

3. What if the users are able to like and comment from my site itself? How much will it cost more?
