I have a booking website called MOTBooking.com. The website is designed for MOT stations and garages to book cars in for MOT.

Each garage/ Mot cenetr has a unique login and password to use the system.

The error I need fixing:

Example: The MOT station booked 50 SMS reminder in month June, on the 1st of July a payment request is created showing amount of SMS’s 50 and the cost. They simply click the pay button follow the payment and the SMS’s are booked in admin ready to be sent via textlocal.

Everything was working fine and payment requests were fine. I asked my webmaster to insert a delete date so if the MOT station don’t pay within 6 months of the requested payment then sms bookings and pay now button will be removed.

But since they did some changes they created an error, for some reason on all MOT station logins SMS booked is showing 72 and payment is showing £13.68 also it keep duplicating each month.

I think it’s a coding error and need to sort this issue out asap.
