Create Property Management Software

I require Property Management software for the internal admin procedure of a Property Management company.
This will require the utilization of Google Sheets / MS Excel to feed information into the System.
From there it should be able to generate pdf documents, create calender events, create automated emails, create daily work sheets for employees etc etc.
For an example.
A property is listed by an Agent.
The agent completes a MS Excel document with the property info
The core info is fed from the document to the main server from where is will remain.
From there the info once uploaded can be sent to the advertising agent.
Once completed by the advertising agent a confirmatio email is sent to all agents confirming property listing is complete.
Another example - The main server has a database of properties. When a Lease Agreement comes to an end in 2 months the property is red flagged & an email is sent to the applicable agent.
Once the agent has completed the renewal the property is updated on the server and the Lease Term gets extended as per the signed lease.
Another example
A property is rented out. The agent indicates it on the database system. An email is automatically sent to the inspection department & cleaning division. Once completed by these 2 divisions the property status is updated on the system.
From the main Server there should be tasks that can be created & automated.
