We need a feeds tamper plugin to do the following task:

Search the source text field for terms of a chosen taxonomy vocabulary and add the parents of the found terms to the target field. If the term doesn't have a parent, add the term itself.

When adding this plugin on the tamper page to a field, the user has to choose the vocabulary.
