looking for a quick fix to disable email notification module upon creating an account.

Currently when a user creates an account a notification is sent to the user to authenticate.

It takes way too long to receive the email. I just want to remove that piece of code. Instead when an account is created, I want the user to be able to use that account right away without waiting for email authentication.
