I have small business and I want to build my business website using last version of DRUPAL. I have chosen Drupal because it most powerful CMS tool in the market. Also, to take a benefit of using workflow engine.
My requirement is:
I have specific types of clients (initially 2)
The total of clients for type 1 = 124 clients
The total of clients for type 2 = 45 clients
Send an email and SMS for any update (submit request, change status, approval, decline)
Each client has his own username and password
Each client has display name.
Each client account must activate by admin.
Each request has three statuses (in progress, approved, decline)
Clients area:
New request
The client can choose from the menu which request he want to submit.
Each request is a form which contains text fields, upload image or pdf, radio button, etc.)
The forms are set by admin, and the admin can create new type of requests later after defining the type of clients for the new request and the responsible person. (responsible person= the employee who will receive the request and he must responses to the request.
Submitted requests:
The client has track his own submitted request (status)
The client can see the details of the response from responsible person.
From management:
In this section the admin has an ability to add new content.
The admin must set the targeted client and tilte of content.
The content might be one of the following:
Text
Image
Doc
Employees area:
In this page the employees can submit requests (forms) such as: vacation, loan, sick leave, etc. (will define forms later) and each form has specific path and level of approvals.
Every month the counter of vacation balance will increase by 2.5 days
In this page the employee will response to the requests that he is responsible for.
In response page,
Response to the request (approved, decline)
the employee can upload file (image, pdf)
The employee can write a note (text area)
ALSO, the manager of each department can see the history of requests for all employees belonging to his department.
Admin area:
He can monitor the request overall including:
Current response time for each type of request
Pending request
And etc.
