I need PHP programmer to make a robot, which will check and filters the special words i need in the text... I ll insert a CSV file into the folder, and i need to get two OUTPUT excel files, with filtered words, and another without filtered words.

I don't really understand why PHP the requirements is because this can be done much easier via VBA within Excel, but I would like to see more details of the project to understand it. Let me know if you're interested.
