i am looking for one talented php developer for make for me a function to detect the biggest change on the less time on array, the array has two values, miliseconds and price
$Array[]=Array(100,10.03)
$Array[]=Array(200,10.68)
$Array[]=Array(300,12.04)
....
$Array[]=Array(10000,86.21) // 10 seconds, 86.21 Dollars
The function should return the biggest increment in the less time with two conditions, minimum target price and minimum difference, so something like i want to know the biggest difference with a target of $100 and with at least $50 difference
So the function should return (if exists) a money increment between at least 50 and at least 100, but the functions need to "weight" the result to get the best ratio between increment and time elapsed so it's better to return an increment of 60 to 150 in 10 seconds than an increment of 50 to 100 in 9 seconds
