Get product names from a website url and output the names as a text file.

Custom script needed to make a text file output of name of product information from websites.
Please use PHP and mysql if necessary, using xampp to run on a local computer.
Part 1: user inputs url in script with simple web based field like this:
[login to view URL]
then the script will
2) output a list of the names of the sub items that are on the page that looks like this
(one item per line with a period at the end of each line):
