Help with Prestashop 1.6

I need some help with Prestashop Cart. This is for some online pet pharmacy

OPC is enabled.

Preface: In addition to Delivery and Invoice addresses, I need to have 2 extra tabs (Pet Info & Vet Info). HTML/Template part is done. The field data from these fields is correctly getting constructed in order-opc.js. I also created a new controller and created an AJAX call. This controller is also getting invoked.

Requirement: 1. Validate all the data if the field is a required field.

2. Create a Class/Object to store this data in DB.

3. Modify the Cart Object to relate this Pet/Vet info with their id's

4. Modify the [url removed, login to view] file to show Pet/Vet Info for the Order

I am a developer myself. However, I don't have time to complete this

I have completed requirement # 1 and #2

So now only #3 and #4 are left.
