I need a script/plugin which will show a banner of my choice (using an iframe) on mobile devices, when browsing between posts on site.

I would like to have a desktop version as well, which will let me choose if I want to display the iframe on desktop as well.

There's need to be an X button on the corner, and an automatic time counter which will close the banner after set time (which I can chooses its length) if no one clicks the X button.

I need a fine and precise work, which ail load fast and won't have any bugs.
