Limelight CRM developer with front end UI/UX knowledge

We are a company that specializes in E-Commerce Solutioning that is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. With the recent business expansion plan, we are on a look out for awesome back-developer that can help us to accelerate our business.
The back-end developer is responsible to:
1. Be a watcher and a fixer to any bugs that occurred in our funnel's back-end.
2. Maintain and work on tasks related to Lime Light CRM (Mostly integration/API with other software)
3. Work on different integration (payment gateways, Cron Job)
Requirements:
1. Highly competent in PHP
2. Very familiar with Lime Light CRM or concept of CRM
3. Proficient in API for Lime Light and Paypal
4. Preferably good at HTML, CSS and Javascript
5. Able to improve the site's speed from 22s to less than 4s
6. Able to observe the GMT+8 time zone
7. Fluent in English
8. Communication via Slack or Skype through messaging and calls
