PHP File to Grab an HTML Table and Cache Contents in JSON Format

I am in need a php file that can grab an external HTML table from a website and cache the data in JSON format. I need this done ASAP. It will need to cache the data every 10 minutes. I will need to make changes to that cache time. This should be a very simple project for a php programmer. I need someone who can create something would possibly work on multiple instances. Perhaps grabbing different table numbers maybe first or second table.
