I need a simple script to do the following:

Based on a csv file containing emails and tags, Generate a JSON with the structure below:
(I will provide the API as well as a simple csv file with existing emails for testing):

2. Generate a POST request to this url: //[login to view URL] and send your json request.
below is an example provided by the software company that the job needs to be posted to

so the script should allow to load a csv file, then may press a button and run the JSON code
This should be a simple 20 minute job for a decent programmer.
