Skip steps in Magento Cart depending on attribute

We have an Magento based webshop.
Your job:
We need a magento extension to show or hide product price or shipping fee depending on attribute "payed_status".
If payed_status: no, show product price and skip shipping method part from cart.
If payed_status: yes, exclude product price from cart. The user have to pay only shipping fee.
Details:
In the first step the user put the product in the cart.
in this step he only pay the product price.
The product in the cart have attribute code payed_status: no.
Skip shipping method part from cart.
No we begin to make the product for our customer.
We have a special area (extension) where our user can see the product status.
If the product is ready he can move it to cart again.
The product in the cart have attribute code payed_status: yes.
We need to exclude the product price from cart / or set it to 0,00.
At this moment the product is payed. The user have to pay only shipping fee.
