We have an administration system coded in raw php with a mysql db.
Since we started with coding our system we have no formal documentation available to explain the scripts, interactions with each other and with our database. Our current programmer is too busy with work for us to get this done and is also not experienced with this type of work. We also think it will be a good idea to get someone onto this project who has never worked on it before.
We need someone who will assist us with putting together documentation for our system so that it serves as a manual for any programmer who might work on our system in future.
If you can do this then you need to tell me how you will do it, show me similar work you have done on system architecture before, provide me with the details of any software that you will use to create the documentation, inform me whether we have to subscribe/ purchase the software, etc.
You can place a provisional bid and once we have decided to consider you for this project then we will discuss the finer details after which you can place final bid. We will also maybe initially give you some provisional work to document and then decide on the way forward after you have done that but we can discuss this as well. Finally, please quote reference MUL in your bid to show me that you actually read this and are not one of those auto bidders.
I have added the commission calculation script for our admin side. You can bid for documenting this part and show me an example of what the final product will look like. After we select you to do this section then we will post a new project for you to do the documentation for the entire admin side.
