Update Content on Word Press Website & Minor Design Enhancements

We are looking for someone with considerable Word Press & associated plug in experience who can update content on our Word Press site from time to time. The site is already built with an established template and has several plugins. We need someone to do update items including: swapping out photos in the gallery, adding videos to media page, adding press links to press page, creating a new contact form for our contact page and swapping out photos in a slider plug in. There may be some light design work requested occasionally to spruce up sections of the site that need to be more visually appealing.
We want someone who is proactive, a great problem solver, takes direction well, works quickly yet efficiently and double checks their work for mistakes at all times.
We have quite a few update items right now, however moving forward we will only need to update the website every other month or so. For the right person, this would be an ongoing job for a few hours of work per month/every other month.
