I have a XXX mobile design that I need modified. The way it is currently setup people either swipe left and are redirect to URL A or swipe right and get redirected to URL B.

I want the page modified to be a 3 question quiz format. People would swipe either right or left to answer questions after question 3 they would see a summary page with a button that links them to a different URL. The movie file [login to view URL] shows you how the quiz should function except it should require people to swipe left or right on the questions.

Also make the design fancier right now it is too plain.
