PROJECT DETAILS
1) Simple secure website.
2) Home Page = Logo and nice animated background image that ties in to main website style, disclaimer, etc.
3) It should have a secure login.
4) I should have a control panel as an administrator to grant and allocate logins and passwords, make changes to the look and feel of the site (backgrounds, etc), change videos or update videos, or hide videos etc, put an under construction page and hide site when needed, also allocate clients to candidate status’s for them to track their progress, etc.
5) No login registration page! Administrator managed.
6) Once logged in - Next page will be a video page (I will provide an explainio video) Once the video completes- a pop up should come up with 2 options - register my details or I will come back later (when they come back later it should continue where they left off – details auto saved)
7) When they click on register details it should bring up a 1 page consent contract page which can be digitally signed (integrate API with a site like hellosign or [login to view URL]).
8) Once signed the registration page / form page can be filled in. One of the options on the form page would be to select an exclusivity option - which if selected will bring up another 1 page contract that can be digitally signed.
9) The registration form page when complete will be emailed with the digitally signed contract to an email address.
10) There should be a status tracking page as well to show applicants where they are in the process as well as if theres anything outstanding in their profile.
11) When a user has done a registration they should have a profile which gives them an overview of their completed profile, has a profile image, shows what companies they are currently interviewing at and where they are in the process, etc etc
12) It’s not a complex website with lots of graphic design. It is a functional website more for forms and to automate an application process and the video is the sales pitch.
13) Also everything should be prevented from being copied or downloaded - Website should not be searchable on Google/search engines - highly secure - visually appealing - well set out. Only main website searchable
14) Key Points:
• Visually Appealing
• Well set out registration/forms pages – made in smaller parts for the mandatory information …users can then complete the other detail once they go to their profile overview page.
• Integrated with API of a digital signing company like hellosign or something. One that has a pay as you go option.
• Has progress tracking on their profile which can be clicked on to show more detail.
• Have a simple administration page to generate users and passwords, delete users, change backgrounds, allocate clients for status tracking, update status for specific users, etc etc…etc etc. Also to update the movie and website content when needed.
• Responsive design as most users will use mobile phones to fill in so forms should be easy to fill on a mobile.
