I am looking for someone experienced with fixing wordpress sites. When the site is loaded or any links clicked, it redirects the site to random popups.

My site is hosted with digitalocean so does not have cpanel.

I can provide SSH and FTP access. I have already had 2 people look at it, and unable to find the cause of the popups to fix it.
