We are in to investment management and we do lot of transactions for our clients. All transactions are mainly split in 5 investment sections
Purchase – They are one time purchase
Sip – They are monthly purchases happening per month for certain period
SWP – then there is fund to fund transfers which happen either weekly or monthly again for a stipulated period of time
At present we do it in excel format.. more like a data entry job.. We would like to get the same in form of web app where in which we key in these detail and we do the data entry on the same and we can export this data from the web application in excel format.
Our main file consists following
If existing investor:
Name
Pan number
Fund Name
Folio Number
Type of transaction – Lumsum or SIP or SWP
Per transaction amount
In case of sip – period for eg- 01/01/2017 to 01/12/2017 i.e 1st January to 2017 to 1st December 2017
In case of Stp – weekly or monthly and then – period for eg- 01/01/2017 to 01/12/2017 i.e 1st January to 2017 to 1st December 2017 it can also be in period like 52 weeks or 15 months
In case of Sip and STP – when we key in the period it should automatically create future SIP and STP transaction file for eg. 5000 Rs sip 01/01/2017 to 01/12/2017 then it should create a future transcation file for the transaction that will happen. Same is for STP
We should be able to extract the output in any month to find which STP and SWP are getting over in a particular month. For eg if I want to see which sip and stp are getting over in June 2017.. we should be able to extract the result in Output. From the extracted output we should be able to send the reminder emails to our client based on the output whose SIP and STP are getting over.
Moreover every month end we get an excel file from other companies which gives us all the transactions done in a particular month… we would like to check the transactions we have entered manually in the prepared web app with the files received from other companies .. we would like this checking process to be done in the web app and reflect any discrepancies which arises in either of the excels.
