Task:
We need to build a ”form” where people can create a profile on our site.
The Profile needs to be generated into an instantly downloadable PDF from a series of questions that each person needs to fill out
The profile that is created from these questions also needs to be ready to view on the site after completion and after the profile has been approved by us, the site-owners

We want a system that works like this but can look much much more modern design-wise
All the questions etc in the system will be in Swedish, so it has to be possible for us, the site-owners, to edit the questions etc whenever we like.
If you know of a system similar to this in english, please show it to us for evaluation, we want a modern "easy-to-use-system" so the best way to get that is what we are looking for.
