Android port for Samsung Q1U

I need to build a port of Android for a Samsung Q1U. I have done a lot of research but do not know how to build from the source code. I will include a list of sites that have info and source code needed for the project. I would like either the 1.6 or 2.1 version of android please.

I have a generic build that I installed on my Q1U but the touchscreen does not work. I need as much functionality as possible in this build please. Please build so that I can install from a usb device or to an iso so I can install from a cd. This should not be too hard for the right person. All of the coding is done , I just need it compiled into an iso or img file.
