Objectives

- Develop tools that can used on hosts to communicate, send data, files, etc. and create a testbed to demonstrate the approach.

- Consider options to detect misuse of ICMP in the ways that have been created above, or by existing available tools. Implement and evaluate detection solutions.

- Develop a tool similar to hping or fping.
