Separating skeleton from existing rig for future application to other models + application to another model.

Hey, I wanted to ask you if you are interested in a project where I need a to match the skeleton and rigging of one .FBX file and apply it to another .FBX file. They are both Human models, but I need one's rigging to be identical, preferably copied from the other. I would also like a .pz3 (Poser) file of both of the models available to me, I'm hoping to have the proper assets available to me that would allow me to rig other models to the same skeleton in Poser moving forward, I would just like to get some help. The reason I am doing this is because I already have a set of animations I have defined for one model that I want to apply to the other, and future others. The Poser element is certainly a hope, because that is the software I use to animate.
