Develop a crisis communications plan including a media statement in response to a

couriers’ issue in Tbilisi.

Situation:

You’ve been contacted by our PR agency in Georgia regarding a viral FB post showing a video

made by the witness of a scene where a man with a Glovo bag is verbally harassing a person;

the accompanying text claims it’s a Glovo courier in a heated argument with a client. The post

was published at 1pm local time, just 45 min ago. Define the objective of the plan and walk

through a recommended approach to engage with all audiences and help this situation: describe

your actions, plus channels and possible statements. Take all stakeholders into account: media,

users, couriers in Georgia.

Please bear in mind that the expectation is to have an open discussion on the above, focusing
