I need a "Taxi Sharing" application on Ruby on Rails. This application allows a primary user to book a taxi, select a minimum bid amount, all the users staying near primary` users account address , will get an e-mail asking them to "Bid", anyone interested to share the taxi can bid, and the user will select the highest bidder from a list of top five bidders

1) User registers with his name, address, phone number, password, email

2) User Logs in.

3) User is redirected to a screen which has three buttons "Share a Taxi", "Book a Taxi" and "Bidding"

4) User can book a taxi from a list of taxi operators or choose his own vehicle from a drop down list, and enter "from" and "to" and expected minimum bidding amount.

5) All the pre-registered users staying near the house of above user will get an e-mail, asking them to BID to share the taxi

6) Interested users can click on email and come to screen number 2 "share a taxi", and enter their bid amount, which will be stored in database.

7) The 3rd screen "Bidding" will show a list of all currently open bids for taxi journeys, any user can click on "Bid" and enter the bidding amount for a journey of his choice.

Requirement: The Taxi journey has to be atleast 24 hours in advance, and all bids will close 4 hours before actual journey takes place
