The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the following skills:
New business development
Cold calling
Email marketing
Good communication skills
Good Written and verbal skills
Organized
You will be responsible for the full 360 recruitment cycle, consisting of new business development, candidate delivery and maintaining client and candidate relationships
In return Web2recruit will provide you with:
A laptop consisting of your CRM system (Recruitbubble) and full Microsoft word package.
A VoIP desktop phone and phone line.
Job boards.
Legal documents (agreements) and marketing material.
